Shipping Information
Logistics partners
All UK shipments are handled by leading transport service providers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD. Delivery times are Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Delivery time
We dispatch all orders using a 24 hour service however the exact transit time can vary depending on the transport service provider. For most mainland UK locations this is usually next day delivery (if placed before 2pm) or the following day for all other orders.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. In most cases a shipment tracking is available on the transport service provider’s homepage. However, in a small number of cases, tracking and tracing of shipments is not always possible.
Delivery costs
We charge a flat rate of 4,95£ to ship orders with a value of less than 50£. The delivery charge is shown at the end of the order placement process. You only pay the price shown on the order form. There are no additional fees or costs.
Delivery exceptions and restrictions
Deliveries to GB mainland only - restricted delivery postcodes are BT, IM, JE, GY, HS, ZE. For deliveries outside of the UK, please refer to the Einhell website for your country.
You are responsible for ensuring accurate address and contact details (including phone number) are included in your order.
Please ensure that someone is available at the given address to accept delivery of goods. If there is no-one at the given address who is able to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to organise alternative arrangements directly with the carrier.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Please note: Parcel services exclude the delivery of dangerous goods to certain postcode areas. If you want to order a dangerous goods item to such an area, please contact our customer service team. We will be glad to work with you on an individual solution.
